Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has expired we are no longer able to offer return/exchange on your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging. 

Exchange
Exchange the item for the new item you selected. 

Credit Voucher
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a store credit voucher code with value of returned product(s) will be issued via email. You can then re-order the replacement product(s) by entering the code at check out. 

Refund to original payment method
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a refund of product(s) purchased price (excluding shipping cost and subject to a 15% restocking/return handling fee) will be issued. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to return/exchange item(s).
