Return and Refund Policy

Roozee Australia is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging. 

Exchange
Exchange the item for the new item you selected. 

Credit Voucher
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a store credit voucher code with the value of the returned product(s) will be issued via email. You can then re-order the replacement product(s) by entering the code at check out. 

Refund to original payment method
Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, a refund of the product(s) purchased price will be issued. You will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. excluding shipping cost and subject to a $10 restocking/return handling fee

Incorrect or faulty items
In the event that you have received an item that you believe is faulty or incorrect; please contact us immediately. We take pride in our product quality and service, and our teams will be able to assist you.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to return/exchange item(s) unless if you received wrong or defective item(s).

Online return process 
You can initiate a return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoices. To get the return process started, please go to our return portal and follow the steps HERE. Return address and instructions will be provided once the return request is lodged.
